1/ What method of cleaning you
provide?
As a reputable company, we provide all
methods of carpet cleaning, including steam cleaning,
low moisture cleaning, dry cleaning and carpet
restoration. The most preferred method is Hot Water
Extraction, which is widely known as Steam Cleaning.
The hot water extraction method cleans better, deeper
and is recommended by most carpet manufacturers.
2/ Is your cleaning method safe for my
family or pets?

We use only brand name, environmentally
safe and properly selected and formulated
cleaning solutions and methods, which cause no
harm to you, your pets or your property.

3/ How long does it takes to dry?
Most carpets dry in a few hours. The combination of our unique cleaning system, regular
training, service experience and the latest and most
powerful equipment in the industry, will leave your
carpets fresh and clean like never before.
4/ How do I receive a proper quote?
Simply give us a call or visit us online to
book your free, no obligation on-site inspection and
estimate.
5/ What are your service hours?
We have very flexible work hours. You can
book our service early in the morning, during the day
or in the afternoon. We are also available after 5:00
pm or on the weekends because we understand our
customers’ work schedules.
We give you an exact appointment time. We also
provide 24-hour emergency service.
6/ How often should I clean my carpets
or furniture?
Carpets or furniture should be
professionally cleaned every year. Some areas of your
home may require cleaning more frequent. It depends on
a number of factors such us: pets, number of
occupants, traffic, drafts, spills, stains,
construction near by, etc.
As a general rule - whenever your carpet
appears to be soiled and you cannot improve its
condition by just vacuuming, you should consider to
have it professionally cleaned.
7/ Will your cleaning void my carpet
warranty?
Definitely not. In fact our cleaning method
is approved and recommended by most major carpet
manufacturers in order to keep the warranty.
8/ Will you move all my furniture?
We’ll move and re-set most furniture,
however certain items which are in permanent positions
and are too awkward to move such us: piano’s, sofa
beds, bedroom/dining room furniture, hutches and big
screen TVs will not be relocated.
9/Are you experienced trained and
insured?
Yes, we have been in the Cleaning and
Restoration industry for many years. We are Industry
Certified and Approved Service Providers by the Carpet
and Rug Institute.
We are also members of the Better Business
Bureau and possess many designations, including the
highest level of certification - The
Master Cleaner. By the Institute of
Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification-
IICRC.
10/ Are all carpet cleaning companies
and methods the same?
There are no carpet cleaners alike. For most
residential cleanings, we highly recommend the usage
of the Steam Cleaning Method. Our most advanced and
powerful equipment mounted in our truck combined with
our extensive training and experience can leave your
carpet clean like never before and the most stubborn
stains, pet stains and black edges will be removed.
11/ Will one of those rental machines
do just as good of a job?
Absolutely not. The small rental machine
does not have enough suction power or hot enough water
to clean your carpets properly.
We only use environmentally safe chemicals
which are selected based on the type of
fabric/material they are being applied to.
In the end, you will spend more of your time
and money and the outcome will never be same.
12/ Are spills and stain removal
included in the cleaning price?
Yes, Proaction Carpet Care will NOT charge
extra money to remove the stains. We provide our
customers with the most thorough, high quality
cleaning service available.
13/ How soon can you come and clean my
carpets or furniture?
In most cases, we can arrange the cleaning
to be done within 2 to 5 days.
Same day or next day service can be provided at
separate pricing.
14/ What is your warranty?
ALL services provided by ProAction Carpet
Care are guaranteed! Our guarantee is to perform all
cleaning services to your absolute satisfaction at the
agreed price. If for any reason our costumer is not
completely satisfied with our cleaning services, we
will revisit your residence or place of business and
perform our services until you are completely
satisfied, or we will refund your money.
15/ How do you price your services, is
your price honest and reasonable?
We guarantee honest and reasonable pricing.
No up-sale tactics or hidden costs.
You will receive an exact estimate before the work
begins. We’ll also match any competitor’s written
estimate for comparable services.
16/ Are your employees motivated
enough?
Yes. We
are a family owned and operated business. All of our
employee’s are very well trained and not on
commission. We do not tolerate high-pressure sales or
poor quality work.

19/ How should I prepare for my
appointment?
We will need to park our mobile cleaning
unit as close to your door as possible.
Please arrange to keep your dog/cat in a
confined area of your home. It is also recommended
that you keep pets and children off your carpets while
they dry. Please remove all fragile items, breakables
and small items from areas to be cleaned PRIOR to your
appointment. This
includes plants, toys, magazines, etc.
20/ Could you provide me with a
regular maintenance schedule along with discounted
rates?
Yes.
We can arrange your carpets or furniture to be cleaned
on a set schedule. This will not only improve the air
quality of your home and better the carpet appearance,
but it will also prolong the lifespan of your carpet
and furniture. Discounted
rates are applied for customers who choose to be on a
regular maintenance schedule.
